Rule Conversion Key

This document explains how the new rules were generated (split, grouped and moved) from the original rules.

The left column represents rules in the New classification system devised by Gray/Upchurch. The right column designates each section the rule is found in the Old rule list.

A rule designated with "(partial)" or "(first half) and (second half) is only part of a rule that existed in the old list. The other part of the rule will be found elsewhere in the new list.

Many rules have been grammar and spell checked for clarity.

Some rules have been reformatted for clarity, but extreme care was taken to NOT change the meaning of the rule.
